The Shadowknife advanced at-will, "Disheartening Strike", has a description stating that it deals 100 magnitude DoT for 10 seconds. It is actually dealing 10 magnitude per second for 5 seconds. The total magnitude from this skill is too low to make it useful. Please buff this one.
I believe the concept of the skill is to use it sporadically as a damage booster (the DoT) and then concentrate on another at will or encounter series, but right now, the damage it puts out in total does not warrant it's .9 second recharge.
Suggestion: Increase DoT to 120 magnitude over 8 seconds.
