Audio enumeration on plug and play

Audio devices in game are not reprioritzed and refreshed once a new device added or removed.

For example plugging in headphones, especially usb variant (usb audio adapter) willl not shift the audio to the headphones even if everything else will do so and they are set as the default audio device in windows.

The game requires a restart for it to happen.

    Or you have to go into your sound options and reset it.
