PVP maps BASIC guide for new or nearly new players

So here it goes, in simple or not so simple terms.

I've been playing the game and enjoying it for about 10 modules now. Lately, over the past year, I have been spending a lot of time in domination maps and iwd open world pvp, testing builds, traits, timings and combos depending on who I'm fighting against.

I've been seeing lots of new, or not so new players that are dipping their toes into PVP and it brings me pleasure, but although I'm helping win most games, my thumbs actually hurt after a game and I almost always end up raging because I had to carry the team. Dom is not a map in which you want to be carried!

Like any other map, it has preferred stats and tactics to master, or at least understand.

Stats: try and reach 40k in arp, crit and def. tanks and healers need a increased focus on def and i.e. crit in respects of healers (but depends on combat role - dps/heal) dps - increased focus on crit and power.

Maps: all dom maps will have 3 nodes. they must be captured and defended in order to gain points which will win the round. Try to fight at all times on said node, cap(ture) said node, and defend.

On all maps there will be at least one meta dps that will run through nodes and diminish defenses or draw out dps players that run after a frag (that's what I usually do) it is not that hdps job to defend nodes but to be on the offensive. If you're a tank or heal ur main goal should be protecting the node. If the tables turn to your favour so much that the game is a sure win, please feel free to make a free for all game and try and get your points through kills, but even so, your main focus should be in keeping the nodes under your team's ownership!

It's easier than most maps and without tricky mechanics, it's unbalanced enough without players running around aimlessly.

Please take on board what I say, if you bothered reading thus far.

PS: capturing and defending 2 nodes will always win the game!
