Kessels Retreat Key doesn't work

I have 5 Kessels Retreat keys, but I still cannot open the chest. Used up all my Legendary Dragon keys already!

Kessel keys haven’t worked for awhile, I don’t think they ever intend to fix them.

Of course they will not fix the problem with the kessels keys cause that would benefits the players
