Character freezing

This has happened to me several times, on different toons. Last night it happened during my group's fourth consecutive "Tales" run and I had to leave the group, leaving Tales.
What happens: My character "freezes" - as if stunned, completely unable to move. I've rebooted my PS4, used a brand new controller, tried "stuck," tried "defeat me" -- none "unfreeze" me. In fact, if I defeat myself, I respawn at a campfire (often completely removed from combat) and am still frozen. People I'm with have tried to "shove me" (with their Dragonborn toons).
I can reorient the camera and even target and hit anything close to me with at-will powers, but nothing else.
There's no sign of a network error, no other indication that anything is wrong.
It's extremely frustrating and I would appreciate NW looking into it.
