Lightning Enchantment + Warlock Curse = Bug

Dear Devs and Support,

The Lightning enchantment attack/proc NO LONGER spread lesser curse via At-Will power such as Hand of Blight or Eldritch Blast and Dark Spiral. Only Hellish rebuke paired with lightning enchantment DOES spread lesser with it's AOE proc. why do other at-will powers NOT spread lesser curse anymore?? It doesn't make sense. It used to spread.

I use Hand of blight paired with All consuming curse and deadly curse, but the lightn. ench. won't spread lesser curse, no matter how much I hit my targets with the lightning procs.

Please fix this, so lightning works with Other Warlock At-will powers (Hand of blight etc) and spread curse. I invested all my ADs into buying this weapon enchantment.

Well, to be honest, it is behaving according to the tooltip.

All Consuming Curse used to cause lesser curse on critical attack. But that changed. ACC now states that At-Will powers cause the curse. Proc of an enchant is not an at-will power.

Then explain me why does lightning ench. proc lesser curse when paired with Hellish rebuke and ACC ??? Go test it for yourself? It is clearly a bug. It is either not supposed to proc at all or it should proc with every at will

You are right and I will repeat: according to tooltip only at-will powers should proc ACC, no enchantment is supposed to do that. So yes, if it sometimes happens to behave differently - it should be fixed SO IT DOES NOT behave so anymore.
