Cannot manage (unseen) Artisans in crafting

Ticket #63319 ; bug report submitted, but no number provided. I noticed this issue the other day, and after removing a different Leather asset, or leveling this particular asset [Sundien Nodariel], there is no fix and he remains hidden. If you look at the management screen, it states that Leatherworking has 3 assets, but it only shows 2 names. If you go to the work bench, then all 3 names are shown in the dropdown. The problem is Sundien Nodariel.

    This started and was reported after Summer Festival and its almost Winter Festival. I've got a bugged artisan as well.
