Wells of the dragon night time

Have anyone experience having the night time with a large moon at wells of the dragon?
I have experienced it but lasted only for less than 1 minute.

    It happens if someone participate in heroic encounter there. I don't remember actual name for it but it has "Night" in it and it's located at the black dragon/thayan place.

    Seems to happen a lot lately, even when under cover of night isn't even active...
