Prophet of Doom Bugged in TOMM
Arbiter Cleric encounter Prophet of Doom procs before the end of its duration in TOMM.
In phase 1 and 3, whenever Halaster disappears or teleports, Prophet of Doom instantly procs. This is an issue because in phase 1, he only disappears for less than 1 second to teleport to middle and POD procs, with the damage. Sometimes, i may lose the whole of POD duration debuff halaster teleports to the middle of the platform immediately. As long as halaster disappears, regardless of POD remaining active time, the encounter will automatically proc. It's a lot of damage loss and one of our potential encounter for ST dps in extended fights.
In phase 3 also, POD will also proc when halaster will just teleport to the middle of the platform .
