PVP and Skirmish queuing help

Hey all,

New to the game and not sure if this is the right place, but I got to level 38 and I cannot figure out how to get into the Skirmish or PVP queues, the only queue options I have are dungeons. Any one know how to enable those queues?

You need to be level 80 to enter the pvp Queue
as you level up various other pve skirmishes will open up for you as well

Lvl 66 and have the same problem, acording to a fella of my clan, those are avalible at lvl 80 (lvl cap).

But its easy to get there.
