Enchantment Notes thus far

Hey, I've been updating the wiki for awhile now on n' off over the years recently been updating the Enchantment section. (Offensive/Defensive/Utility tabs are fully complete) Currently on Runestones tab just have Indomitable and Serene to finish. But enough of that here's all the inconsistency's I've noticed so far:
Ruthless R7 (Epic instead of Rare)
Tenebrous R7 (Missing "Rank 7" text and is Epic instead of Rare)
Founder's Glorious (Resistance instead of Avoidance) Picture Source: @ambisinisterr on discord~
Empowered Runestone's 2-5 (Missing from merchant Bradda the Sage, 2nd tab)
Serene and Indomitable Runestone's 8-10 (following weapon/armor ranks instead of normal enchantments/runestones) Serene provided by Michael DarkAngel on discord.
Companion/Player PvP Slayer Marks names out of date R1 and R2 (Should be Fighter should be Barbarian and Guardian should be Fighter like the Ward Marks.)
