Ranger teacher Rings

Ok my question is the teacher ring bonus, does it affect the feat enhanced conductivity, cause it’s only triggered by call of the storm and essentially isn’t a daily. To be honest call of the storms strike only does about half of what my encounters do, I just use it for the enhanced conductivity dmg I get afterwords from the extra lightning applied to each strike
