What happened to Enchantment exchange

Where is the enchtment exchange? Ihave opened numerous lock boxes and just found out they gave the old enchtments when i opened astardock lock box and the rank 9 from this was the same as my rank 11s that spent all my upgrade resources on. If your going to have old enchantmest drop then we need exchange venders. Inthelast monty i have upgraded over 10 enchantments on numerous characters from lock boxes not knowing they were the old enchantments.

What do you mean with "old enchantments"? do you mean do you have for example a rank 11 vorpal that is worse than a rank 9 vorpal? I dont think this can be possible.

Enchant exchange was a one time thing IIRC.

As to you upgrading old enchants, you should pay more attention to what is dropping. Lock boxes have never given high rank enchants. The newest lock boxes, give out R9s. The older lock boxes give out R8s max. If yer worried about having upgraded weapon, and armor enchants that aren't optimal, just sell em on AH, and pray you can recover the cost of resources. I've been selling all my Tenebrous enchants on the AH as I get them, cuz they don't seem like they're worth the effort IMHO.

No idea what you mean by old enchantments but the exchange vendor was, thankfully, a temporary thing. The crutch is gone.
