Arc client problem on XB1

After the last couple of updates. The Arc app is asking for my login & pass. However, after entering it correctly. It says "can't connect to the server".

My question is: Which server -- My router or your servers?

    I believe it's on their end, as it is doing the same thing to me. I've forwarded the thread.

    Same for me. I thought my account was synced automatically and was wondering what's up. Thanks for posting.

    I submitted a ticket and was told it is a dev issue. I submitted it several times, asking for another way to enter codes and claim rewards and got the same reply-- they cannot help; it is a dev issue.
