It is good to see time for shutdowns, maintenance etc quoted in UTC (coordinated universal time) as this can be referenced independent of 'cryptic time' ... which can be subject to daylight savings ... However, it is necessary that whoever posts on the launcher is aware of what UTC is, and that it doesnt adjust when any local daylight savings is implemented or removed.
In summary, the UTC time quoted on the launcher currently is wrong, presumably because it is believed the offset from local cryptic time is constant. Bearing in mind that the whole world uses UTC as the time reference, perhaps cryptic should implement this too?

to quote my son: "No. You're Wrong!" That would be too easy to do.
