Tales of old title/Achievement

I still did not get the tales of old titles and I completed all dungeons with the highest diffuculty. I log in a ticket for support but they could not do anythink about it and they redirect me to post the issue here.
Ticket number: 50883.
Please check that as I did too much effort for the title/achievement

ye nobody got it, i made all of them 5x multiple times, on all events not only that last one

Well, yes, CS is sending people with this exact issue to the forums. On the other hand, here are such complainers being redirected to the Customer services. So... yeah.

I am having this issue too. I opened a ticket after seeing a post by Nitocis83 about opening a ticket if you didn't get the titles. seems. It seems they are being redirected back here. I've ran two toons usually with the same group of people all the way to the end. I only ended up getting the DV title on the second to last day on one toon( despite completing the x5 on both), and did not get titles for any of the other x5 completions.

same. opened two different tickets at the direction of forum moderator and then cryptic staff. CS directed me back here after both times. Round and Round....

I think this is something the devs need to take a look at, not CS. It is a bug in the game that needs a real patch, not just patch notes.
