Ranger: Call of the Storm lightning animation issue

There is an issue when Call of the Storm daily is activated using a bow slotted with a Prominence enhancement (rank 8 as tested). The typical lightning strike animation does not appear. Removing the Prominence corrects the issue and lightning strikes are visible again. This was seen using both mountaineer and alabaster bows (orange).
Testing vs dummies suggests the damage from Call of the Storm is dealt correctly whether the enhancement is slotted or not, but the animation is not rendered correctly, at least on my system.
While this appears to be a cosmetic issue it would still be nice to have the animation consistent regardless of weapon build out and to get the visual confirmation that the daily actually worked.
