Archer/Range Damage

Anyone here have an archer build for PvP or have any pointers? I feel like if I try to play range I dont do damage. I'm not maxed or BiS yet but pretty close. What's some good stats to shoot for? Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks demonmonger, I have done that. Yesterday I did a little testing and I think it's getting better. I still wish they would balance the weapon enchantments as I dont have a vorpal. I also took a second to inspect a top combat ranger, a top barb, and a sometimes good TR (who loves to jump on people after every kill smh) and they all had around 17k-20k armor pen, 30k-40k crit strike, and around 20k accuracy iirc. These are all melee classes but I dont really see how this should make a difference if there isnt piercing damage anymore. My stats for theses 3 are just around 5k higher so I should be good.
