Wizard - Repel on mastery has no effect on cc immunized targets

Hello
I'm one of the few morons using mastery on mastery, and have noticed, it doesn't affect cc immunized targets at all: neither base repel damage nor triggering of additional damage (shatter strike, weapon enchantment, Lostmauth's revenge...).
When both normal and cc immunized foes are aimed, the first are hit normally and the latter not at all.
This is the case since launch of mod 16, I always forgot to mention it.
And please fix smolder and all feats/powers related to. For example, make thaumaturge as powerful as arcanist in ToMM
