Random Dungeon queue, Frozen Heart. The chest is not spawning after defeating Hrimner. Still got the AD reward and credit for completion, but the first person to leave is going to take the penalty because they can't leave until claiming the reward.

Same here, killed the boss Hrimnir, entire party received rewards, but the exit portal cannot be interacted with. Had to relog to exit dungeon. No leaver penalty was incurred.
