Envenomed framerate drop

Does anyone here having problem with framerate drop when you or your team mates cast envenomed artifact?

My framerate goes down by alot... it's like having a huge froze for the game for a couple of seconds... :(

    Lots of AOE/mass effects slow the game to a crawl :)

    Well yea, but the other AOE/ mass effects is nothing compared with envenomed effect I have in my game. It happened since mod 15 though.
