What is Cryptic’s email address?

I had stones disappear on me after I canceled refinement attempt that I wasnt suppose to be able to do in the first place. Spent $30 to get zen and Astro diamond and I would like to see if they can give me back my stones.

    @boogie I think you have to go thru Support for such incidents, as they would have to look at your game logs/etc.

    The above link, once you complete there should be an instant email with ticket number indicating you will be contacted by support.

    If you are unable to get there via the support site that @nic1985 linked, you can try sending an email to customerservice@perfectworld.com. Do not send them (or anyone!) your password.
