I had stones disappear on me after I canceled refinement attempt that I wasnt suppose to be able to do in the first place. Spent $30 to get zen and Astro diamond and I would like to see if they can give me back my stones.

If you are unable to get there via the support site that @nic1985 linked, you can try sending an email to customerservice@perfectworld.com. Do not send them (or anyone!) your password.
