Warlock bug: infernal sphere bug

Sometimes the infernal sphere still won't trigger nor activate after few usage. I have reported this bug so many times. this is probably the 5th time reporting this issue and no tech support is contacting me regarding this issue and none of this is fixed.
The only advise I got from support is: "Try to reset key binding". I did so many times and it still occurs without having tray slot 4 and 5 keybound to mouse button 4 & 5. My character died quite often because of this bug and it is so annoying!!!
Pls. fix this pls.

Been issue since warlock release, will never be fixed, like the class as a whole.

Sorry to comment on this thead. Is it true that I need to respond to threads before I can post my own? I have an issue with starting neverwinter.

Yup same thin BUT also I cant use Gates of Hell,Hellfire Ring and for some reason Poison Phial..
And yes there is and, I have the same FOV problem as this and many other guys https://arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/1245344/stuck-zoomed-in
