Receiving undocumented JUNK from Halaster's lockbox

In the description of Halaster's lockbox, there is nothing to indicate that guild vouchers are possible. Yet that is what I have received on 2 different occasions - including today. Worst of all, the vouchers are for surplus equipment - the most useless type of voucher since the guild is ALWAYS completely full in this category.

Give me back my precious key and keep your junk vouchers.

    yes it's listed there under utility drops and they are quite valuable to sell on the AH.
