Dark Spiral Aura at will sometimes stops working

Not sure if this has been reported elsewhere but I have experienced this several times since the warlock update on PS4 last week (haven't had it happen on PC as yet). Sometimes when my dark spiral aura is at 3 charges I cannot use it. The character goes through the first part of the animation to fire it and then stops. I hit it repeatedly but it is just stuck with 3 charges. The only thing that clears it and starts it working again is switching to another at will and back again. I could record a video if it would help but its fairly obvious when it happens.
