After Patch 10-22-19 Potion of Power Rank 10 not giving bonus

Before taking potion, my power is 117k. After taking potion, power is still 117k. Used Invocation Blessing and did get a 2k increase. Countdown buff timer does work on this, haven't used any of my rank 10+1 yet to verify that. Cheers

    Edit: Power Potion Rank 10+1 works as expected and timer on buffs works too.
