Flayed and Darkened Storyteller's Journals have bugged effects

There are discrepancies between the listed values of the journal effects in the refining window and the actual ones in practice.
- Initial damage is supposed to be ~6k according to the refining window tooltip, but after closing the window the tooltip instead displays ~1k damage, which is what the active artifact actually does.
- A Tale of Tactics, Idris' Demise, A Tale of Avoidance, and Yshiggol's Demise listed 5% for 20 seconds for their respective buffs when refining, but are actually 1%.
