chain of scales

So i need to get a scale from the skirmish the Merchant Prince's Folly to restore my chain. I did a few pug runs and a few private runs and a few solo runs (total runs 9) but no scale dropped in my bag . The last solo run i left my level 3 chain in the bank, possible that helped (i thougt) But it didn't...no scale dropped. Is this a other bug¿ Because al those bugs (some are here for a long time), weird changes and solution the devs make and so on, all of this makes me tired and lower my fun of playing this game.

So this a wake up call do something on all the bug reports people are telling here on the forum. Solve the problems and don't bring all the garbage with the release of mod 18. Because, with the experience I have, more bugs come up when a new release is played.

Scales should be 100% across the board. Between hunting Mind Whisperers for the Chipped Kris, which don't drop often enough, and the RNG behind the scales, I still have a couple hung up on getting from Kutlass before I can restore higher.

Scale was dropping from mpf as of about a month ago, you have to get gold im pretty sure. Took me around 5 tries to get it.

I got mine a few days on the 2nd run in the merchant's Prince folly. So it is not 100% drop but it drops for sure.
