CTA queue not showing up.

Logged in as lvl 25 Gith Paladin
Visited CTA kiosk followed all conversation lines.
Tried to join CTA queue but it is not appearing on my queue list.

    It displays Lv40 in the Queue List, so your level may be too low and that is the reason.

    Yep. Would have been nice for it to show up on my queue list though. No way to see the level cap if it's not displayed.
