Tomm Combat advantage

I apologize for the silly question I just want to clarify that if I can’t reach 130k Combat advantage for Tomm and I’m at like 125 to 127 will I still benefit from having some Combat adv against Halaster?

Of course, combat advantage stat gives you more damage with the ammount you have. Not chance.
If you are at 125 you would deal 5% less damage from ca than at 130. But ca proc will always depend on your positioning or special buffs

Thankyou kind sir I was hoping it wasn’t all or nothing on that stat.
