Constitution not giving correct bonus hp

It appears to be a decimal place issue. CON only gives around .1% instead of 1%. I will update post later today with math and screenshots

Constitution gives 0.5% per point (ex. CON 25 = 12.5% bonus hp). Bonus Hit points are determined by your base hit points. Your base hit points are determined by your class and level, and do not include any hit points from gear, equipment, companions, etc.

That is extremely underwhelming. It shouldnt say that it contributes to maximum hp if it only contributes to base hp.

318 hp for 1 constitution on a 640k hp tank is beyond rediculous. If that is intended then please stop forcing constitution onto tanks in sets made for tanking.
