Icewind Dale Epic Encounters Timer

I thought per a recent patch the reset timer was down to 20 mins. Been sitting here an hour now and others have said it's back up to 3 hrs. Either get rid of this Legacy Campaign or increase the reset time cause this is unacceptable. Why should anyone have to sit for more than 20 mins. Just stupid.
