Unable to launch app anymore...anyone else see this?

Issue entered in forum

I'm not sure what to do short of a full uninstall/reinstall which seems pretty darn harsh. And...dumb question...but I'm assuming my character data is stored on their servers?

    character data would be on the server so no worries there. Depending on the error though you may need a reinstall but there should also be a verify button which will check the files. its quicker than the reinstall.

    I don't see any sort of Verify button. What/where should I look? Any specific patch EXE's I can try first?

    In the first windows it comes up (that asks you for login and password), the top right has "options". Click on it.

    Okay, there was a Force Verify checkbox. Dude...if you were here now, I'd have to hug you! That worked! Thank you!!!!!!!

    Glad to hear the verify worked. Also glad Plasticbat knew exactly where it was as i didn't :)
