hp bug sentinel barb

so im using mighty vitality on my sentinel barb.
i have 570k hp with mighty vitality on
but it drops to 550k
i unequip mighty vitalty and it drops to 520k
i equip mighty vitality again and it rises back to 570k(not 550k)
i have to constantly switch mighty vitality to fix this sudden hp drop that happens for no apperant reason
