Fix Queuing Back Before Double Currency Event

I run Dread Legion over and over to get those scrips during Double Currency Weekend. Lately, I have to wait at least 20 minutes to get into an RLQ let alone a Dread Legion. I am frustrated because now I know next weekend will be a bust since usually Dread Legions can be run back to back super quick. I know I and others have complained about the queuing system being changed, but that is because this new system punishes all DPS since they are the most populated bunch.

My suggestion? Take it back to the way it was *OR* just take it back for the RLQ and RIQ stuff, the super easy stuff that doesn't necessarily need the 3/1/1 breakdown. *OR* make a way so the player can choose if they want to be in the 3/1/1 or just with anyone and take that chance.

Yes, it is very frustrating when I try an RIQ and it's Many Coins Bank and I'm there with 4 tanks who all don't know what they're doing. But I would rather wait the 15 minutes there and then vote to leave the queue than wait the ridiculous amounts of time I have to wait now to just get into one queue. I feel like this game now has to be played over hoursssss each day, and some of us don't have hours like that to spare.

I could be wrong, but I read the announcement to be double legacy campaign rewards, which would be the rewards from Sybella.
