So my main character Feiht Moonshadow has a missing workshop adventurer.
When I go into the manage workshop screen it shows I have 4 adventurers but only 3 are visible.
Also early this morning I was doing the masterwork quest line and using AD. I had thought I was getting the discounted amount until I couldn't replenish anymore. So when I went to the assistant again I saw that I am getting a discounted amount being shown but used up the original cost of the moral replenish.
So I am missing 1 adventurer & 288k in AD.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issues you're having with the Workshop. Please be assured that our developers have been made aware of the issue with the artisans and they're actively seeking solution. these kind of issues need development time in order for the fixes to be made and applied in-game, so be sure to check our website or forums for any official updates about the fixes.
As for the issue you encountered when replenishing morale, it's likely that you encountered a bug. While I don't have a fix for you , I'll gather the details that you've given to me and pass them on for further investigation. If you haven't already done so, I strongly encourage you to post about this on the official bug reports forum: https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/categories/bug-reports-(playstation4) Even though the developers and QA team may not reply, they will see it there.

My question now remains. If this is a continuing issue where I am bugged out in my workshop whenever I am buying Moral Replenishes and there is no fix then how do I get reimbursed the extra AD I would be spending. As is I don't think I will be spending anymore AD to replenish moral but that just makes for a longer grind and I am at the point where I am doing the Masterwork quest-lines.
Not only did I lose an artisan but I am now being grifted out of extra AD. feel like I'm being extorted.

I'm not 100% this is a bug but I seem to remember getting the money back when cancelling previously... I think
The commission cost has always been non-refundable.
Will have to start managing my professions better from now on!

This is still an issue after the recent patch... for the record:
Potion of Radiant Healing is selling for 35s each
Potion of Radiant Healing + 1 is selling for 25s each
The Potion of Radiant Healing issue is also still a problem... the +1 variant still shows the wrong image (Potion of Exalted Healing not prestigious as I mentioned previously) and also is valued at less than the standard variant so the selling price is lower than it should be

The artisan is hidden, not fired, so if they ever fix this, you won't need to rehire them. I assume you used your Workshop at some point during the Summer Festival, right?
Yeah I'm pretty sure the artisan went missing after the summer festival once the temporary profession disappeared
