Role Bonus for Players who queue directly

There are plenty of players who avoid the random queue because they know they have a good chance of landing in content that their character's not properly prepared for, and they don't want to burden other players. When they queue for the content they can handle, they forego the daily bonus rad - even though they're directly contributing to the facility of random queuing.
With the addition of roles to the two lower queues, players who direct queue are going to be impacted by wait times along with everyone else. Would it be fair - would it be possible - to grant them the same role bonus that random queuers are going to get?
If they're queuing as a healer or tank, they're having an even greater positive impact on the random queue.
