I acquired the flayed story journal today, 10 September 2019, at approximately 2:00 PM, CST. the character I was playing was Nevanori@mallofin, a cleric. I encountered 3 Server Not Responding messages's while running the event attempting to get the last tokens to purchase it. Once purchased I attempted to upgrade it and it was deleted. I tried to submit a support ticket and got the message that if it didn't come from the zen store, support couldn't help me. I have had items restored in the past and would appreciate the restoration of that item. I have acquired two of the 4 journals previously and wanted to complete the set. Please assist in this matter. Thank you. P.S. I messaged Astradahl for assistance as well. My apologies if I have taken the wrong steps to reconcile this matter.
