Artisans quit after emptying delivery box

1. Assign artisan to craft or gather as many as possible
2. After emptying delivery box (either going into workshop or paying 5 morale out of it) some of the artisans quit.
There is always plenty of gold for commissions and plenty of raw materials available to craft.
Have to re-assign the artisan to craft again or to gather again.
