There are two solutions to this small oversite... the WarDog is a first time buyer item that is bound to your character when it should really be bound to your account not your character.
one solution is make it to where players can get the WarDog instead of the first time buyer pack when turning in for promo item after the first time it has been acquired.
or
Introduce a Item that changes the bound status of other Items.
I dont know entirely all what changes are being made but I figure this is something that can be a minor issue addressed easly.
