Finishing quests for legacy campaigns does not work now

I've completed seven Tyranny of Dragons quests for my legacy campaign quests this week. I've gotten credit for four.

Please fix this.
Please quit breaking things.

    Not all quests count towards legacy quests. Did you check your journal to make sure the quests you were doing counted towards the legacy quest?

    It may surprise you to learn that I have, in fact, done this before and that I do, in fact, know which quests are supposed to count towards the legacy campaign quest. The game simply fails to count completion of quests sometimes, the way it also sometimes fails to count completion of epic heroic encounters.

    It may surprise you to learn that not every comment is a personal attack on your intelligence. It may also be a surprise that other people can't tell what you know or don't know from vague descriptions.

    Some comments are merely suggestions in an attempt to aid someone. Kudos to you for already knowing what quests count.

    Attempt at repartee through mimicry, -1 point. Derailing bug report with question that amounts to, "Are you sure you know how to tie your shoes?", -1 point. Claiming that derailing bug report was not doing so because there are people who don't know how to tie their shoes, -1 point. Insincere, patronizing exit line, -1 point.

    They worked just fine for me on Saturday and Sunday last week. ran the 3 missions and saturday (fetch quest, volatile potion, and thayan wizard gear) then the remaining 2 on Sunday (kill torturers, dont remember name of other quest but it was get items from small HE's)

    I've never had an issue with ToD legacy quest completion, the dailies all seem to give credit. Reclaiming does not count (and not marked as such in journal tracker) but rewards seems to grant completion (my apologies if I mixed those two names).
