Can't equip Flayed Storyteller's Journal

Hello,
So I got my Flayed Storyteller's Journal on my Fighter, I slotted it when it was green, then upgraded it to mythic. I put it back to my inventory for a moment, but when I wanted to equip it back I couldn't. Game won't allow me to equip it and give me this message "You cannot slot this here!"
I tried different stuff to make it work and figured out that ACTUALLY I can now only slot TWO tales of old artifacts, but I can't slot the 3 of them same time. BUT when the Flayed arti was on green I could slot the 3 of them, as it should be.
So now I'm pissed off that after doing 30 single runs of this broken event I can't use my artifacts properly.
Fix this asap, please.
EDIT:
So i found out that I can't equip together the Frozen arti and the Flayed arti. When I have one of these slotted, if I right click on the other on my inventory and use the Equip option I get the message "Cannot equip any more of this item".
So it seems that the Flayed Storyteller's Journal is flagged as the Frozen arti, since I can't slot both of them same time.
