Warden Expedition waterfall room bug

Found another bug in warden expeditions. Happened twice now, the room with big waterfall you walk thru. After killing all enemies in the area the gate key is nowhere to be found. No other enemies to kill. Happened this morning as well as two days ago. Tried dying and looking for newly spawned group but no luck. Have to exit expedition.

    Adding to my initial post, this is also happening in the Master Expeditions in yawning portal. Same map, same problem. I realize mod 17 is live but it would be nice if these things worked properly on the preview server as well. That way people who are working on toons or looking for gear can actually complete quests on the preview server. I get it's a test server and all but these things used to work on here. Something is wrong.
