Warden expeditions unable to complete

I've had this happen 3 times now. Whenever a boss room occurs that is not the warden boss, after killing the boss the portal does not appear. The quest still says clear the area but there is nothing else to kill as the boss is the only thing there was to kill.

This has happened on both warden expeditions and on two different map instances. The first one is the small boss room that you can fall off all edges with portal stalraight ahead. The other room this has happened in is the one where you drop down to find the boss.

Kind of frustrating to have to kill my toon and abandon the instance. Defeating self does not clear the issue, it still says clear the area and no portal.

Seems to happen if there's a boss room as the second area of the expedition. Just ran another where there was a boss room right at the beginning and worked as expected.

Guess this was ninja fixed. Hasn't happened since the last patch.
