Chests in Expeditions and Tales Of Old lock players out if they are looted.

In Master Expeditions and Tales Of Old, if a player loots a chest and takes all the items in the chest, the chest locks and other players cannot interact with it.

If they leave at least one item in the chest, other players can interact with it normally.

    Saw this yesterday during a early ToO run, did not know if it was a bug or working correctly. If two people try to loot at the same time, the person who is slightly late will get an error message as well, with no loot.

    Yes, this is awful. Please fix.
