[XBox] Artisans quit after emptying delivery box

Whenever I empty the delivery box, randomly artisans quit working. I have plenty of gold, and there remains lots of the raw materials to work on, but they randomly quit. Is this a bug that has been reported or a "new feature".

Also, you can no longer hold down the [A] button until you use up your morale/gold/materials. It crashes the game.
