Background....something running...

i noticed after this last patch..when i dropped to windows to buy some zen...that my mouse had that win 10 little spinning *working* circle next to it. It never stopped ...and runs constantly when im running neverwinter. It stops when i log out. Anyone else having this issue? how can i fix it?

    Bring up your task manager and see what else is running at the same time and what is eating up your resources. The spinning circle can be Memory, CPU, or Disk.
