For guild marks, which campaign currency gives the best bang for the buck?

Not sure what you mean exactly. Probably easiest to grind is the Dragon stuff. Basically you donate campaign currency whilst doing the campaigns...

The best bang for the buck are:
1. you can donate it AND
2. you will get it without doing anything extra.

Since I always do weekly AD quests, whatever currencies these quests give me are the best bang for the buck.

I think it's even better if you use the currency to make stronghold vouchers (a task in the campaign window, one voucher takes 20 hours) and then donate the vouchers. Some of the campaigns let you make a box with a choice of vouchers too...
