Tooltlip/Quickly fire an arrow at your target's head, dealing damage and INTERRUPTING THEIR ATTAK.
This Daily (paragon) for Hunter Ranger only make damage and never ever distrupts any enemy attaks.
Never never ever ever...
Last time that I felt this paragon was actually interrupting enemy attacks was back in Storm Kings Thunder campagin...
Make this paragon actually disrupt or change its name to somerhing else then Disruptive shot.
Before you start nerf all classes again, please make sure that they actually work.
