BUG - Warlock - Hellfire Ring DoT damage not increased on a target allicted wth Warlock's Curse

When I damage an enemy with Hellfire Ring and they are taking the DoT damage they are :
A : Only taking damage equivalent to magnitude 130 not the stated 180 (bug already raised and still open)
B : Not taking extra damage when that enemy is afflicted with a Warlock's Curse
